Blending of condensate into gasoline pool is dictated by the following:

1) ASTM distillation.
2) The RON of the condensate which is normally very low 60 to 70. And
3) Base octane of the major stream to gasoline pool viz. Reformate, FCC gasoline, Isomerates, etc. If the primary stream blend base octane is high condensate can be added till it is with in the final gasoline product spec. The benefit is higher production of gasoline. It is always preferable to carry out lab blend and arrive the properties and the blend volume.
